PURPOSE:To easily alter a cover to the arbitrary position of a disc and to sufficiently cool a bone by providing the cover, which is provided with support pipe extending from the central part of a semicircular cover to support said cover and also used as a water injection channel, to the leading end part of a handpiece in a freely revolvable and detachable manner. CONSTITUTION:A support pipe 4 is provided to the central part of a semicircular cover 3 so as to extend upwardly therefrom to be connected to the central part of a holding piece 2. The lower end of a hose connection pipe 5 is further connected to the upper end of the support pipe 4 so as to extend upwardly. The water flowing in from the hose connection pipe 5 flows in the central part of the cover 3 through the support pipe 4. A cover 1 is provided to the leading end part of a handpiece 6 in a freely revolvable manner by externally fitting the semicircular holding piece 2 thereof to said leading end part and a water supply hose is connected to the hose connection pipe 5 to be used. When a groove is formed to a jawbone, the cover 3 can be revolved to an arbitrary position corresponding to the region thereof to be moved. Further, water is injected in the cutting part of the disc 9 from the hose connection pipe 5 toward the cover 3 through the support pipe 4 during cutting work to directly cool the part to be cut of the jawbone. |
