The present invention pertains to a process of interlocking two parts in positive material fit, comprising the following steps: manufacturing of the first part with a first surface intended for the positive material interlocking; manufacturing of the second part comprising the second surface intended for the positive material interlocking, at least partially complementary to the interlocking surface of the first part; assembling of the two parts with their interlocking surfaces; sealing of the interlocking area by means of an electron-beam weld bead along the integral edges of both surfaces; thermo-isostatic pressing of both parts to enable their interlocking in positive material fit on said edges; and shape-finishing of the interlocked parts using a thermo-isostatic pressure, while keeping away the electron-beam weld bead in order to enable, before the weld bead takes shape on one of the parts, at least in the welding area, a coating (2) appropriate to electron-beam welding to be applied by thermo-isostatic pressure on at least one of the two parts. |
