In a feed conduit to the hot water system an operating tap is accommodated and the hot water system is in open communication with a buffer chamber, which comprises at least one movable wall. Between the operating tap and the hot water system a housing is accommodated in the feed conduit with a movable component, which is accessible between an inlet aperture and past an outflow aperture. The movable component is coupled to the movable wall, so that with an opened operating tap under the influence of the water pressure emerging the movable wall is propelled towards the chamber to a slight extent. The water outlet of the hot water system is provided with a cut-off component opening under the influence of pressure.
