GLUE-MELT

FIELD: gluing materials. SUBSTANCE: glue-melt has the following components, %: copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate 11-25; butadiene-styrene thermoelastoplastic 10-26; colophony glycerol ester 26-34; paraffin 28-38; terpene oil 6-3.6, and stabilizing agent 0.3-0.7. Glue components are melted at 140 C up to preparing homogeneous mass and terpene oil is added at the last turn. The obtained glue is applied on the back of book block. Glue properties: tear out sheet strength is 7.5 N/cm and that after accelerated ageing - 7.3 N/cm; resistance to multiple looking through is 4900 cycles; opening up of book block is 180 degree and that after exposition at -25 C for one hour is 174 degree. Glue can be used in polygraphic industry for book making. EFFECT: improved quality of glue. 2 cl, 3 tbl
