FIELD: manual tools, for example for stamping, sealing, wire cutting and so on. SUBSTANCE: manual power mechanism is in the form of hand press including housing with niche, cam with handle or lever engaging with spring-loaded rod. Said rod is mounted in guide provided in said housing. Said niche for cam (or lever) is made in said housing crosswise relative to said rod. Mutually engaging surfaces of niche, cam(lever) and rod form lock joint due to action of said spring for loading rod. Said rod may perform angular motion as it is mounted in housing with cylindrical joint assembly provided with guide in its opening. Effort is multiplied relative to supporting surfaces on outer side of cam(lever) and reciprocal surface of said niche.
