SUBSTANCE: method involves treating seeds of crops with film-forming composition containing aqueous solution of polymer, biologically active substances, macro and microelements. Complex fertilizer used as source of biologically active substance, macro and microelements is produced by fermentation of aqueous suspension of vermicompost taken in an amount of 0.5-1 g per 1.5-4 l of aqueous polymeric solution.
