An olefin polymerization catalyst comprising: (A) a solid titanium catalyst component comprising magnesium, titanium, halogen and either a polycarboxylic acid ester or a polyether, (B) an organoaluminum compound, and (C) an organosilane compound of formula (1): <CHEM> wherein n is 1 or 2; the groups R<a> are the same or different and each is methyl or ethyl; R<1>, R<2>, R<3> and R<4> are the same or different and each is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, or aralkyl; and one of R<1> and R<2> together with one of R<3> and R<4> may form a ring together with the carbons to which they are bonded.
