<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily mount a cuff on the blood pressure measuring part of a subject and to surely give the inner pressure of the cuff to that blood pressure measuring part. SOLUTION: The cuff 1 is provided with a cylindrical body 11 composed of a hard material sized so as to internally insert the blood pressure measuring part (the upper arm or finger of the reagent, for example), and cylindrical air bag 16 composed of a stretchable sheet material such as rubber centrifugally arranged inside this cylindrical body 11 and air-tightly sealed at both the terminal parts on the inner wall of this cylindrical body. In this case, the air bag 16 is expanded by leading in compressed air from an air hole 13 so that the inner pressure of this cuff can be uniformly applied around the full periphery of the blood pressure measuring part.</p> |
