<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to shorten the sepn. time of porcelamic material and moisture and to make the molding of this porcelamic material uniform by arranging a weight for balancing and a casting mold holding vessel opposite to each other on a rotary disk and mounting a disk brake at a supporting shaft for supporting this rotary disk. SOLUTION: The rotary disk 10 is arranged perpendicularly and the casting mold holding vessel 11 is mounted at the rotary disk 10. An elastic member 12 is disposed in the casting mold holding vessel 11 and the weight 13 for balancing is arranged in the position facing the casting mold holding vessel 11 of the rotary disk 10. The rotary disk 10 is rotatably supported by the supporting shaft 15 supported by a bearing and the disk brake 16 is mounted at the supporting shaft 15. A reflection plate 17a is mounted at part of the circumference of the disk 17 fixed to the supporting shaft 15. The rotating condition of the rotary disk 10 is judged by a photosensor 18 and whether the casting mold holding vessel 11 faces upward or not is detected. The disk brake 16 is actuated to stop the casting mold holding vessel 11 in the upward position of the vessel.</p> |
