PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a prepress proof to have feeling of quality and also image balance equivalent to final print by providing a white or a colored release layer on one of the faces of a transparent base film and providing an ink receptive layer on the release layer or an opposite face to the release layer. SOLUTION: A white or a colored release layer is a layer which can be easily cut by a cutting means such as a cutter or a needle and peeled. This release layer makes an image formed by an ink jet clearly emerge by dyeing the layer in white or other colors using a dye or a pigment. The dye or the pigment to be blended into the release layer is of such a type that it does not adversely affect the peeling properties. The colored release layer is formed by applying a coating liquid with a solid content concentration of about 10-50wt.% which is obtained by melting or dispersing respectively desired percentages of a release layer forming resin, the dye or the pigment in an appropriate solvent and adjusting the coating liquid, to the surface of a transparent base film or a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and drying the coating liquid.
