PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ash tray for preventing a fire caused by the cast of an ignited cigarette and the missed extinguishment of the ignited cigarette, etc., by disposing an ash opening at a part of the upper surface of a lid-like main body for covering the drinking opening of an empty can and disposing one or more suffocation holes vertically penetrated through the upper cover surface of the main body. SOLUTION: This ash tray for an empty can is formed by widely disposing an ash tray opening 1 at a part of the upper surface of a lid-like main body for covering the drinking opening of an arbitrary empty can, disposing one or more vertically penetrated suffocation holes 2 in the upper cover surface 6 of the main body and further disposing a spatula 3 with rubber on the ash tray 1. The ash tray is set to an arbitrary can, and is used as an ash tray in which the ash of a cigarette is dropped on the ash tray opening 1. When a cigarette is smoked off, the fired part of the cigarette is inserted into the suffocation hole 2 and then left for 10-15sec, followed by rotating the lid-like main body to drop the ash and the cigarette butt from the drinking opening into the empty can. The ash tray for the empty can is thereby useful for preventing to throw off the fired cigarette on its smoking at a place free from an ash tray, preventing a fire caused by the missed extinguishment of the fired cigarette, and for continuously smoking cigarettes with the same empty can, etc. |
