PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load electric cars with hydrogen as fuel by enabling hydrogen to be handled conveniently without the need of newly establishing any special distribution system for hydrogen. SOLUTION: This hydrogen production/charge system 10 is operated according to the following process: the system 10 is connected at a gas connective port 11 to pipings for city gas supplied to each household as commercial gas, being fed with city gas the city gas is reformed inside the system 10 into a hydrogen- rich gas, from which the hydrogen alone is separated and accumulated in an accumulator 55; the connector 70 equipped with the system 10 is then connected to the connector-receiving part equipped with an electric car, thus enabling the hydrogen in the accumulator 55 to be supplied to the electric car. |
