PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extracting device which can prevent soiling around the device with a mixture in case that the beverage extracting operation is stopped due to an abnormal state such as a power cut, program runaway or the like during a mixing or extracting process and that the abnormal state is canceled subsequently. SOLUTION: In this beverage extracting device, when beverage extracting operation of a beverage extraction device is stopped and then an abnormal stage cancel signal is input from a main control part to a control part, the control part decides operation state of a cylinder 20 based on signals of a first, second and third process detecting sensors 36A, 36B and 36C, respectively. When the control part decides that the mixture is in an extracting room 20d, only liquid constituted the mixture in the extracting room 20d is disposed and the cylinder 20 is moved to the stand-by position P1 . |
