<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent quality resin film-coated surface-treated steel sheet by improving adhesion of resin to the steel sheet by a method wherein a resin film composed of an upper layer biaxially oriented resin film layer, and intermediate layer oriented resin film layer, and an lower layer nonoriented resin film layer is provided on the surface of a metal sheet. SOLUTION: A metal sheet 5 is provided on which a resin film layer 4 composed of an upper layer biaxially oriented resin film layer 1, an intermediate layer oriented resin film layer 2 (a mixed layer of the biaxially oriented resin film layer and a nonoriented resin film layer), and the lower layer nonoriented resin film layer 3 is coated. As a biaxially oriented resin film wherein a resin coated metal sheet is made material for cans for manufacturing a two piece can be drawing, ioning or further stretching, polyolefin, polyamide, polyimide, polyester of polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., polystyrene, and moldified products and polymer blend, polymer alloy, etc., thereof are exemplified.</p> |
