PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide even temperature and atmosphere by housing a ceramic element assembly in a metal vessel, and then thermal-treating the ceramic element assembly, while the metal vessel is rotated. SOLUTION: 10,000 pieces of laminated bodies and 20g of aluminum oxide powder are inserted in a cylindrical metal vessel 6 of nickel through a hole 6a for the inserting laminated body. Then a metal vessel 6 is inserted in a core tube, and thermal-treated, while rotated at a desired speed, at a desired temperature for baking. The amount of laminated body and powder put in the metal vessel 6 is such that the lamination bodies smoothly rotate, while the vessel 6 is rotated. Thereby, the temperature and atmosphere in the vessel 6 are uniform, with reduced dispersion in electric characteristics. |
