摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calibration error by increasing the capacitance of a foil electrode so that an error between the apparent series capacitance inside a calibration equipment and an actual series capacitance is within a target range. SOLUTION: A foil electrode is provided at an insulation connection part insulation cylinder of a cable line, and a pulse is fed into the cable line via the foil electrode. An actual capacitance inside the calibration equipment is set to Cs, the synthetic capacitance of each foil electrode is set to C1+C2=C12 , and an apparent series capacitance inside the calibration equipment being obtained by synthesizing them is set to C's. The target range of an errorδ= (C' s-Cs)/Cs}×100% between a capacitance C's and a capacitance Cs is set toδ'-1%. The capacitance C12 is increased, for example, by increasing the area of a foil so that the capacitance is within the range, thus reducing a calibration error and hence reducing a calibration error easily.
