The gripper has a wooden handle (1) to which a support (2) is fixed. A lever (6) is fixed to the support, near the handle, and has a spring (8) on it. A claw (3) is articulated (5,10) on the lower end of the lever and closes on a support (4) to grip the food. The support is U-shaped and is slightly inclined. The spring keeps pressure on the claw to keep it closed on the support and the lever is used to open the claw and to release the food.
