<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the disconnection defects of source wirings which may be easily generated by expanded constitution by forming the source wirings so as to form plural routes to supply a data signal to an optional TFT element. SOLUTION: Plural gate wirings 11 and source wirings 12 to 14 prepared for respective colors (R, G, B) are formed on a TFT substrate 2c. For instance, the source wiring 12 for supplying a signal to a pixel electrode 15r is formed like a grating shape forming source wiring parts 12a, 12b formed in parallel in the Y direction on the left side of each pixel electrode 15r and bridge parts 12c for mutually connecting the source wirings 12a, 12b. Even when disconnection is generated on one position of the source wiring part 12b for supplying a data signal to the electrode 15r, the data signal can be supplied to the electrode 15r existing after the disconnected part through the source wiring part 12a, so that the disconnected part does not exert influence upon the whole conduction from the input side to the output side.</p> |
