PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying machine capable of informing a specific user of the present state of the copying machine. SOLUTION: As a final control element, a liquid crystal panel and a touch panel are adopted and normally, magnification, both sides, information, a sort, etc., are displayed as shown by a Figure (A). When a user instructs the copying machine to make a normal copy, he or she registers the number of copies by copy quantity keys and depresses a starting button. When the user wants to know the completion of a copying operation, he or she depresses an information requesting button, to switch a picture to a communication requesting picture, so that when a transmitter means is selected, transmission through LAN or a telephone set can be selected and the other transmission is inputted (c). In the transmission through the LAN, the address of a work station is inputted and in the transmission through the telephone set, a telephone number is inputted. The starting button (not shown) is depressed. When a sequence of copying operations is started, starting for plural copies is executed. |
