The invention concerns a control mechanism for a winding device comprising a rotating cylinder (800) on which is wound a flexible product capable of being wound for being subjected to a traction in the unwinding direction ( alpha ), said cylinder (800) being further provided with return means (100) operating in the winding direction ( omega ), characterised in that it comprises a stop mechanism (400) capable of taking two distinct states (blocking state and releasing state), said stop mechanism co-operating with a release system (300, 460), said release system being itself capable of taking two distinct states (blocked state, restarting state). Said stop mechanism (400) and said release system (300, 460) co-operate such that, when tensile load ( alpha ) is interrupted on the flexible product capable of being wound, the stop mechanism (400) travels along a different cycle for changing the state on the basis of its initial state and of the angular displacement travelled by the cylinder (800) when said traction is exerted on the flexible product capable of being wound. |
