PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery in which discharging capacity is large and charging and discharging characteristics are superior by containing a triarylamine compound in electrolyte in a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. SOLUTION: In a nonaqueous secondary battery composed of a positive electrode containing material capable of storing and discharging Li reversibly, a negative electrode, nonaqueous electrolyte containing lithium salt, and a separator, at least one kind of triarylamine compound is contained in the battery. The triarylamine compound is at least one kind selected from a carbazole derivative, a phenothiazine derivative, and a phenoxazine derivative, and is preferably contained in the nonaqueous electrolyte. Its containing amount is 0.001 to 10 percentage by weight preferably against support salt contained in the electrolyte. This battery can be applied to any shape such as a button, a coin, a sheet, a cylinder, an angle or the like. This battery is covered by casing material on request. |
