<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate the setting of an arbitrary waveform intuitively by detecting the move of a cursor on a display screen and specifying an arbitrary waveform on the waveform display screen and then displaying a setting value accordingly. SOLUTION: When a cursor is moved by a cursor operation means 7 such as a mouse, the presence or absence of the cursor on a waveform display screen 2a is judged. Then, when the cursor is present, the presence or absence of a waveform display near the cursor is judged. Also, when the waveform is being displayed, the waveform is stored as an operation target waveform candidate.
