SEPARABLE VALVE HEAD OF COCK WITH SLIDE DISC GATE

摘要

FIELD: water shutting fixtures. SUBSTANCE: body of valve head is fitted with two cantilevers of different length. Rotary ceramic disc with conduit connecting inlet and outlet holes of body and controlling flow rate of liquid goes under cantilevers and rests against them. Driving member enters recess in rotary ceramic disc. Rotary disc is pressed against immobile disc with the aid of rubber gasket providing for leak-tight connection of immobile part of gate with body of head. Rubber gasket and immobile disc have holes for passage of water. Driving member engages protrusion of body and rests against longer cantilever with turn. Body of valve head rests tightly against fixture via rubber or plastic gaskets. Outlet hole of discharge conduit is brought out into circular groove of body of separable valve head. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of shutting gears, reduced number of parts of head, prolonged period of repair-free operations, more easier approach to parts of slide disc gate. 2 cl, 5 dwg
