<p>A cutting device (100 and 200) cuts a flat tube (1) in such a manner that a locus (L 1 and L 2 ) connecting each point where a blade tip (101b) of a blade portion (101) of the cutting device is firstly introduced into the flat tube passes through a base portion (11e) of a frontmost side protrusion portion (11c). Therefore, the bending moment generated due to a cutting force of the cutting device is decreased to prevent defective cutting.</p> |
