The method involves equipping a first computer with a speech recognition arrangement, and transmitting a program from a second computer to the first computer, which contains the parameters for the implementation of a speech recognition process. The speech-controlled entry is accomplished through a user on the first computer, with the parameters necessary for the speech recognition being determined through the transmitted parameters for the implementation of the speech recognition process. An action on the second computer is triggered according to the result of the process.
