<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soundproof grommet in which water stopping performance is enhanced by injecting a sealing material uniformly around a wire harness while preventing removal from a panel. SOLUTION: An inner tubular part 22 is formed in a body part 21 through a space part 28 and a sealing material 29 is injected into the inner tubular part 22 and a wire insertion hole 24. A sound shield 23 made of an elastic body is then fitted in the space part 28. Since the sound shield 23 supports the inner tubular part 22 from the outside and prevents deformation thereof due to the injection pressure of the sealing material 29, the sealing material 29 can be injected uniformly around a wire harness 27. Furthermore, since the sound shield 23 supports the body part 21 from the inside to increase rigidity, the body part 21 is not deformed and removal thereof from a panel is prevented.</p> |
