PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overlay system in which stop of movement, frame doubling, and frame missing of an overlaid video can be made inconspicuous. SOLUTION: Graphic data stored in a frame memory 11 in a graphic device 10 is read out by a bus transfer circuit 24 of a video input device 23 through a general purpose bus 5, and it is written in a frame memory 25 in the video input device 23 through the general purpose bus 5 with a frame rate of video data. Also, externally inputted video data is written in the frame memory 25. After data overlaid and read out from the frame memory 25 is converted to RGB signals by a RGB signal generating circuit 26, it is outputted with a frame rate of video data. |
