PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the light-receiving preamplifier with high sensitivity and a wide dynamic range, in which production of ringing or the like is suppressed and a stable output waveform is obtained. SOLUTION: The light-receiving preamplifier having an inverting amplifier circuit 1 and a feedback resistor 2 connected in parallel with the inverting amplifier circuit 1, is provided with a transistor(TR) 4 whose source connects to an input terminal of the inverting amplifier circuit 1, whose gate connects to an output terminal of the inverting amplifier circuit 1, and whose drain connects to a power supply terminal 7. When an output current increases, the TR 4 is conductive to supply an excess input current to the power supply so as to decrease a current supplied to the feedback resistor, thereby suppressing an output from being greatly increased. |
