PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply heating plate deposition to a battery jar made of a resin having a high water absorption coefficient with no preliminary drying by thrusting in and welding the battery jar and a cover so that the burr quantity of the fused resin becomes a prescribed quantity when the batter jar and cover are welded together. SOLUTION: The fused thrust quantify of a battery jar and a cover is set to 0.3-0.5cm at the time of welding to make the burr weight (g) = base material density [g/cm<3> ]×(0.3-0.5)(cm)×thickness of weld section (cm)×length of weld section (cm). Practically, the quantity subtracting the battery height after the battery jar and cover are welded from the battery height when the battery jar and cover are overlapped before welding is set to 0.3-0.5cm.
