PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an assembling and connecting work efficient for the switch unit of a door trim panel by assembling a cover panel with the switch unit, and automatically coupling the connector of the switch unit to the wire harness connector of a door inner panel. SOLUTION: A cover panel 4 is assembled with the switch unit 3 of a door trim panel 1 and the rear end 50 of a cover panel body 18 is pushed, thereby turning the cover panel 4. As a result, a lever 5 turns and descends as an integral part of the cover panel 4, and the driven projection 48 of the male connector 8 of the door harness 7 of the door inner panel 6 moves slightly along a slide hole 27, thereby being introduced to the guide hole 30 of a female connector 9. Furthermore, the male connector 8 horizontally moves along a rail 49, due to the driven projection 48 and comes to be coupled to the male connector 9. According to this construction, the male connector 8 and the female connector 9 can be coupled to each other, under the application of a small pushing force.
