PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the channel capacity of a transmission power control system by reducing a power control error in the system, in which a step size with a control delay is in existence. SOLUTION: In order to provide a feedback function to a discrimination device 104 of a base station 101, the base station 101 is provided with a correction section 181 consisting of an adder 108, a delay circuit 110 and an amplifier 109. The correction section 181 adds a control content by a transmission power control command having already been outputted to a power control error εobtained, based on reception power from a mobile station to which a control content of a transmission power control command (TPC bit) which has already been outputted to the mobile station 102, so as to generate a new transmission power control command. |
