<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color filter material such as a protective film material having low reflection and high transparency and a color ink having high color purity and large transmittance for rays with which a fine pattern can be formed with high accuracy, by using a material containing a specified alkali-soluble copolymer resin having an aliphatic polycyclic skeleton. SOLUTION: This material contains an alkali-soluble copolymer resin having 15 to 70mol% aliphatic polycyclic compd. expressed by formula, 15 to 70mol% (meth)acrylic acid and 0 to 45 mol% other copolymerizable compds. as the polymer components. In formula, R1 is a hydrogen atom or methyl group, X is a bivalent group or direct bond, A is a group derived from aliphatic polycyclic hydrocarbon which may have substituents. By using the alkali-soluble copolymer resin having the aliphatic polycyclic skeleton, a protective film material, color ink and black resist necessary for a high-definition color filter can be obtd.</p> |
