摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the relation of heat generation, abrasion and quenching to be clear by repetitively adding the load of a deformation mode, which is similar to that operating on a race track-state superconducting magnet and measuring whole displacement at that time and local displacement at the inner part. SOLUTION: A superconducting part model 1 is kept in a cryostat 14 where coolant 15 is stored. The repetitive load of the deformation mode, which is similar to that operating on the race track-state supercondcuting magnet is added by a load device 10. Whole displacement when repetitive load is added and local displacement at the inner part (between superconducting coil and inner tank or between spacer metal fittings and inner tank or between spacer metal fitting and superconducting coil) are measured by a whole displacement meter 5b and a local displacement meter 5a. The mechanical loss energy of the superconducting magnet part model 1 is obtained from the area 16 of a hysteresis loop with the load, whole displacement and local displacement.
