PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a power source of a circuit pack to on-state in a perfectly connected state, by causing a plug-in unit power switch to be in an on-state after a connector pin of the plug-in unit and a back plane connector pin are perfectly connected with each other. SOLUTION: When a plug-in unit 100 is to be mounted in a subrack assembly 200, one end of a power switch on/off lever 170 is inserted in a guide groove 154 formed on a handle 150, and then, a protrusion 173 provided on one end of the lever 170 is lowered along the guide groove 154, thereby causing the other end of the lever 170 to rise. In accordance with this operation, a lever 122 of a plug-in unit power switch 121 housed inside of a jaw 174 provided on the lever 170 may be turned into an on-state. Thus, the power source of a circuit pack can be turned into an on-state in a perfectly connected state.
