<p>A specific dye composition containing a water-insoluble monoazo dispersion dye represented by a specific structural formula is used to dye hydrophobic fibers, especially polyester fibers, comprising microfibers, thereby giving a dyed article excellent in fastness balance and color rendering. The dyeing method eliminates the problem that in the dyeing of hydrophobic fibers comprising new synthetic fibers, especially those called microfibers, etc., it is difficult to obtain a dyed article having excellent fastness and to obtain a dyed article excellent also in color rendering.</p> |
