The inhaler includes a hand section (1) with vented base within which is an electric motor (4) driving a circulating fan (5). This pushes air through a heating element (6) by which it is dried and warmed to 50 - 60 degrees C and from where it passes to a mask (2) covering the nostrils (3) and mouth (3b). Motor and/or element can be controlled by an electronic switch (9) and temperature sensor (9a).
