<p>PURPOSE: To safely facilitate operations for the plug-in connection and plug-out release of a male type joint member, prevent the occurrence of erroneous operations, enable a connecting mechanism itself to be made simple as much as possible, and also enable a hydraulic pressure purging action to be obtained at the secondary connection side. CONSTITUTION: The primary side passage A of an internal passage in main body members 1 and 11, and its secondary side passage B are opened to the side of outer circumferential surfaces 1a and 11a at a primary side bypass passage 22 and a secondary side bypass passage 23 respectively, a joint mechanism section 31 provided with an engaging means 35 and a releasing means 34 is incorporated, and a valve open/close operating member 42 is fitted therein in such a way as to be freely slid and rotated. And the valve open/close operating member 42 is provided with a valve open/close operating mechanism section 41, the valve open/close operating mechanism 41 is restrained not to be opened by the releasing means 34 before plug-in connection is made, the releasing means 34 is restrained not to follow plug-out release by the valve open/close operating member 42 after plug-in connection has been made, and the releasing means 34 is released when the valve is operated so as to be closed, so that plug-out release can thereby be followed.</p> |
