<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a safe fire extinguishing work and a high effect even if a helicopter can not access the vicinity of fire by providing a container filled with a fire extinguishing agent which is hung by a helicopter or the like and dropped thereby. SOLUTION: At a center of a bottom board 3 of a sealed container 1 mountable on a helicopter or the like 12 and filled with a fire extinguishing agent 2 therein, discharge ports 4 are formed. An openable and closable valve element 5 is installed in the container 1 so that it may be urged to close the ports 4 normally, and is connected to one end of a wire 8 lockable to the helicopter 12, and the other end thereof penetrating an upper surface of the container 1. The valve 5 is opened by controlling the tension applied to the wire 8.</p> |
