PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an artificial coagulating material useful as a replacing material or a packing material having low strength in such degree as not to hinder digging and having strength enough to function as a water stop wall and excellent in water-shielding property, stability of strength, environmental protection, economical efficiency, etc., by mixing ordinary concrete with clay and fiber. SOLUTION: A fiber in a volume weight ratio of 0.5-1% is mixed into the coagulating material. An ordinary concrete is composed of gravel, sand, cement and water. For example, coarse aggregate for concrete is used as the gravel and fine aggregate for concrete is used as the sand and kibushi clay is used as the clay and blast furnace B cement is used as the cement and vinylon fiber (2 denier×6mm cut) is used as the fiber and city water is used as water. Furthermore, fiber is selected by the size in which the fiber disperses in water. The artificial solidifying material is used as a replacing material for caisson installing and replacing foundation, a building material for soil fixing wall or water stop wall, a water-shielding material for core part of fill dam or a material for railway load or airport sliding load. |
