摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drooping characteristic by means of a small number of parts by forming a throttle, whose opening is varied according to a pressure difference between the front side and the rear side of a fixed throttle, of an elastic member in a flow path through which working fluid passes the fixed throttle is led to a discharge hole. SOLUTION: When a rotational speed of a pump is raised and a discharge flow rate of working fluid is increased, a flow rate of the working fluid passing a fixed throttle 31 is increased, and consequently, a pressure difference between the front side and the rear side of the fixed throttle 31 is also increased because of flow path resistance in the fixed throttle 31. A pressure based on the pressure difference is led to a pressure chamber 49 via a pressure introducing hole 41, and by means of a pressure generated in the pressure chamber 49, an elastic member 47 is elastically deformed toward the inside of a flow path 23. Then, a projection part 44 formed in the elastic member 47 is also deformed inward, and an opening area of a throttle 24 is reduced, and as a result, the working fluid fed to a power steering device is also reduced.
