PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a job for degassing effectively performable without opening a metal mold. SOLUTION: Both vertical and horizontal grooves 16 and 17 are installed on an inner surface of a medium mold 12 supported on top of a base 10 floatably via a cushion means 13, and a performing body of frictional material is set on a female mold 11 in this medium mold 12, while a back plate applied with a bonding agent on an underside is set to a recess 15 installed in an upper part of this medium mold 12, and then a male mold 14 is lowered and the said performing body is thermally compressed in space between the back plate and the female mold 11, integrally forming a friction plate to the back plate, and gas to be emitted in time of this forming is discharged out of the mold by way of the horizontal groove 17 from the vertical groove 16. |
