PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct a schedule of a plant under operation by providing a means which inputs and edits an operation schedule by moving job labels from a preparation position to a Gantt chart on a scope. SOLUTION: A Gantt chart display part 3 displays a Gantt chart on a monitor scope, receives an input of job labels and an instruction of editing from an input and edit part 5, and automatically corrects and displays the arrangement of the job labels so as to satisfy a prescribed constraint including the first term successive processing conditions between respective jobs. And it automatically implements the initial arrangement of respective job labels on the Gantry chart, and the correction of the schedule prepared already.
