PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an improved collector and an ink pattern transfer device being suitable for printing a colored filter of a flat panel display device by a method wherein a buffer material is provided on the surface of a collector member and a layer having a larger modulus of elasticity than the buffer material is formed in lamination on this buffer material. SOLUTION: A buffer material 7 being an elastomer material such as butyl rubber, polyurethane, silicone or polysulfide is formed on the surface of a collector member. The modulus of elasticity of this buffer material 7 is made less than 1000psi or less than 300psi. Then, a high elasticity modulus layer 8 having a larger modulus of elasticity than the buffer layer 7 and being a film selected from a group comprising a metal film or foil, a polyethylene terephthalate film and a combination thereof is formed in lamination on the buffer material 7. By this method, an improved collector suitable for printing a colored filter to be used for a flat panel display device such as a liquid crystal display device can be manufactured. |
