<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power divider control unit that has reduced any load on a driver and made improvements in his arbitrary use in time of discharge traveling, in regard to this power divider control unit of a fire engine for chemical fire available in airports. SOLUTION: In this control unit in which a power divider clutch is composed of a power takeoff clutch and a traveling clutch, and an engine driving shaft is connected to a pump via this power takeoff clutch, and simultaneously connected to a power train via the traveling clutch, and installed with an air pressure adjusting means adjusting air pressure from an air reservoir 21, in an interval between an air cylinder 25 connected to a servo unit 17 intermitting the traveling clutch and this air cylinder 25, this air pressure adjusting means consists of a power divider control pedal, a detecting means of an operated variable of this pedal, and an air pressure adjuster 29 adjusting the air pressure according to a signal out of this detecting means.</p> |
