<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a corrugated pipe independently of assembly order for making it possible to improve the execution ability of the pipe by chamfering a host corner part at least one end in a direction perpendicularly crossing a corrugated direction at a fixed angle. SOLUTION: A corrugated pipe is manufactured by chamfering host angle parts at both the ends of a rectangular steel plate and circular arc-shapedly bending the steel plate as it is corrugated. In this case, a chamfering angle is set up to be 45 from the viewpoint of machining, and the corrugated pipe has an advantage that assembly becomes easy irrespective of the upstream and downstream at the end of a corrugated pipe section 2. The chamfering may be carried out at one end in a direction perpendicularly crossing a corrugated direction. In the case of assembly, the corrugated pipe 1 is mutually bolted so that a plane on the chamfering side of the section 2 may be inside the pipe 1. Thus water resistance is reduced by chamfering the host angle, and the corrugated pipe 1 is assembled independently of an assembly order. The corrugated pipe 1 used widely for a waterway can be improved in an execution ability.</p> |
