PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare with good accuracy and efficiently a cast repairing article used for repairing a decayed tooth. SOLUTION: A model 1a made of plaster is formed by being based on a mold formed by pressing a molding raw material on a tooth with a cavity where diseased tissues are removed. A through-hole 3 is provided on the bottom part of the cavity 2 formed on the model. An original mold 6 is formed by filling a wax or a resin in the cavity 2. The model with this original mold is fixed on a supporting stage 13 formed of a plastic raw material which can be incinerated. In this instance, the end part of the through-hole 3 is made under closed condition. Then, the supporting stage and the model 1a are embedded with a casting material 45 under a condition where a part of the supporting stage 13 is exposed outside. After the casting material 45 is cured, the original mold 6 and the supporting stage 13 are incinerated to form a mold for casting. A melted material is cast in this mold for casting and after the mold is removed, a cast body is separated. |
