FIELD: generation and suppression of sound, in particular, sound-proofing, acoustic chambers for playing sounds, echo-less chambers, silencers of exhaust and fan gas flows, vibration suppression systems, shock-absorbers. SUBSTANCE: state-of-the- art method involves putting sound sources and sound absorbers in chamber which has sound-reflecting surface. Sound is absorbed by means of system of liquid and saturated vapor with interface boundary which temperature is stabilized by means of heat accumulator.
