The invention concerns a material comprising a stack of monomolecular layers forming at least a current load reservoir (R) and a conductive cell (S). The conductive cell comprises at least one layer of copper oxide with ladder structure and the current load reservoir comprises, two external layers consisting of an oxide A selected from oxides of calcium, strontium and their mixtures, and an internal layer consisting of a metal oxide M. The global composition of Cu, A and M in an assembly constituted by the current load reservoir and the copper oxide layer is expressed by the formula: Cu1+1/h A2-2/h M1+1/h.
