PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt to miniaturize a spring apparatus which attempts the recovery action of a holder and to try to make a catching apparatus compact by a method in which impacting high pressure force for linking a rotor arrangement with a cylinder is made applicable, an air pressure cylinder which pushes the rotor arrangement to the cylinder by reduced pressure force is provided. SOLUTION: A cylinder 3 is pivoted in a machine base including side walls 1, 1 facing each other and driven by a driving apparatus 4. A holder 5 for holding a rotor arrangement which can be linked with the cylinder 3 is installed in the upper half of the cylinder 3 and constituted as a beam in which numbers of units of pairs of rollers 6 which can hold a freely rotatable rubber tire are distributed longitudinally over the whole length. A rolled paper 7 is transported between the rotor arrangement formed by these rollers 6... and the cylinder 3. The holder 5, by the actuation of an air pressure cylinder, is moved vertically through two vent lever arrangements 8, and the rotor arrangement is made applicable by high pressure force into the cylinder 3. |
