PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house many data ports without being limited by the number of input/output ports by supplying data from the plural data units of different data delivery groups to related input ports at respectively different time. SOLUTION: The input port IP of a switching unit 81 is connected to the first output of an input circuit 140 and then connected to the first output of the input circuit 1432 . The data units 20 and 232 corresponding to the two input circuits 14o and 1432 form one data delivery group related to the input port IPo of the unit 81. The 32 pieces of the output ports of the unit 81 are respectively connected only to the data units 20 -231 . through plural output circuits 16()-163). Then, the data are supplied from the plural data units of the different data delivery groups to the related input ports at the respectively different time.
